Lt. Governor Expresses Interest in Berne's Clock Tower  Indiana's Lt. Governor, Becky
Skillman, visited Berne on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2005. During her visit she met
with CDC Chairman David Baumgartner, Steering Committee Co-chairmen Roger
Muselman and Jim Beitler, and other committee members to learn more about the
Muensterberg Plaza and Clock Tower. She expressed a strong interest in the
project and said she would like to return to Berne when the tower is
