Super-sizing Berne's Swiss concept: The clock tower project progresses BERNE, Ind. -- Concept marketing has become the key to small town success, which is why Berne has adopted an aggressive plan to market its Swiss concept. The Berne Community Development Corporation is overseeing a plan to construct a clock tower and adjoining plaza called the Muensterberg Plaza and Clock Tower, which will be similar to the famous clock tower in Bern, Switzerland.
